Timmons, Lugar join foundation body; Purser, Sweeney take leadership positions; Birnbaum succeeds Bainwol as chair The Bryce Harlow Foundation has tapped National Association of Manufacturers CEO Jay Timmons and American Hotel & Lodging Association CEO Katherine Lugar for its board of governors.
